New Launches

New launch reviews, written to the same structure every time

Every review follows a fixed outline, states its sources, and keeps analysis visibly separate from documented fact. No project is described as a must-buy, because that is not a finding — it is a sales line.

The method

What's in every review

The same sections, in the same order, so two projects can actually be compared.

The rules I write these under

  • Project facts come from the developer's factsheet or an official source, with the date checked.
  • Pricing context is drawn from published transaction data, not from what an agent mentioned.
  • Anything that is my reading rather than a documented fact is labelled as analysis or opinion.
  • Every review includes who the project may not suit. A review without that section is a brochure.

Reviews

No project reviews published yet

Reviews are published as projects launch, and only once there is enough verified information to write something useful. In the meantime, the articles below cover how to assess a launch on its own merits — which is the more transferable skill anyway.

Occasional emails when a review or analysis goes up. Nothing else.
