When you submit an enquiry form, a lead magnet form or a newsletter signup, I collect the details you enter — typically your name, email address, WhatsApp number, current property type, what you are considering, and any message you write.

When you browse the site, analytics tools may collect standard usage information such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, referring site and interactions such as clicks on calls to action. This is used in aggregate to understand which articles are useful.

I do not collect identity documents, financial account details, CPF statements or payment information through this website. If we work together and such information becomes relevant, it is handled directly and separately, not through website forms.

Enquiry details are used to reply to you and to prepare a useful response to your question. Newsletter details are used to send occasional emails when new articles are published.

Analytics data is used to understand which content is worth writing more of and where the site is confusing.

Your details are not sold, rented or traded. They are not passed to third parties for marketing purposes.

This site may use Google Analytics 4 for usage measurement, Google Search Console for search performance data, and Meta Pixel for advertising measurement. These services set their own cookies or identifiers and process data under their own terms.

Form submissions may be delivered to an email service or customer relationship tool for handling. Any such provider processes the data on my instructions and only for the purpose of responding to you.

Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain a sensible record of our conversation. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe or ask for removal.

You can ask to see what data I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email hello@hengonproperty.com and I will action it.

Every newsletter email contains an unsubscribe link. You can also reply and ask to be removed.

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of analytics tracking using the tools your browser or the relevant provider offers.

Reasonable measures are taken to protect the information collected through this site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and no absolute guarantee can be given.
